Santiago de Querétaro is a city in central Mexico. It is known for its well-preserved Spanish colonial architecture, with an amazing pink stone aqueduct. Featured baroque buildings include the Santa Rosa de Viterbo church. Nearby is the Temple of San Francisco of ocher color, in the Zenea Garden, the main square of the city. In the former convent of the church, the Regional Museum of Querétaro exhibits pre-Hispanic, colonial and republican artifacts.
