Home to the Pepsi Center WTC, this venue holds the most events in the country annually with over 1,000 meetings hosted in its 322,917 ft² (30,000 m²). It can welcome from 5 to 15,000 people in 30 multifunctional rooms, the auditorium, and the business center. It’s centrally located with 25 hotels nearby, as well as restaurants and shops.

Currently, the International Exhibition and Convention Center WTC is the 1st Fairground in Mexico to obtain the LEED EBOM GOLD Certification in the category of existing buildings with practices in its operation and sustainable maintenance reaching the gold level issued by the Green Building Certification Institute.
The Tower of the World Trade Center Mexico City was inaugurated on November 18, 1994 and consists of 50 floors, including the crown. The skyscraper has 232 concrete piles that penetrate 45 meters into the ground. Office levels start from floor 4 to floor 39, with office modules ranging from 40 m2 to a full floor of approximately 3,200 m2. It is the world’s largest World Trade Center in square meters with almost 200,000 meters and is 210 meters high. The facade has an area of 41,710 m2, composed of more than 10,000 independent modules, manufactured with aluminum and glass profiles with an average of 4 square meters each.
The shopping center has approximately 37,000 m2 divided into 108 commercial premises on three levels. Ground Floor has 22 stores and 8,787 m2, level 1 with 15 stores and 8,989 m2, level two with 27 stores and 9,503 m2 and the third level with 48 stores and 10,100 m2.
